Aerial Hoop (pronounced leer-ra) challenges us to develop strength, stamina, flexibility and grace. Learn basic how to get up into the Lyra and enjoy some fun and graceful sitting positions with Introduction to Lyra. If you like that class, you can take it again to build strength and mastery, or progress to Level 1 for fun beginner tricks and transitions.

Wear workout clothes that are fitted and full coverage (long-legged pants especially) to protect the back of the knees, sides, back and shoulders.

Every Lyra class includes warm ups, strength conditioning and flexibility work in addition to Lyra.

There are no weight limits for individuals trying lyra - it will challenge you to build strength to lift your own weight over time.
