CHALLENGING WORKOUTS

Our more challenging workout classes are enjoyed by people who want to diversify their usual workout routines, push through a plateau, get more results with less time, integrate their core, improve their balance and flexibility while still getting a great workout, breathe better, and hate cardio less.

We don't use a lot of heavy equipment or even a ton of jumping around and yelling...we use your body and gravity and a few simple tools to build strength, cardio capacity, and results... you'll be surprised how many muscle-heads come in and struggle in the first short rounds of our "simple' challenge classes...its amazing how much harder things get when we make you slow them down and BREATHE and HOLD a lot longer - we love knowing your goals and recommending specific classes and techniques that get you improvement and results. while keeping an eagle eye on your safety, form, and the long-term sustainability of your exercise routine.
