We have 80+ fun and inspiring fitness classes that you can join at your convenience throughout the week. Some are short and sweet (or sweaty!), and some are luxuriously long and relaxing.
LOTS of different kinds of YOGA (Hot - and not!). HIIT. BARRE. POLE. SILKS. BOOTCAMPS. TRX-style WORKOUTS. Even classes in muscle release and injury prevention, baby and toddler play gym, and booty-building!

This program launches on November 15, and runs through February 29th, and gives you daily workshops, tips, and inspiration to make it easier to make manage stress, take actions toward healthy thinking and eating choices, set effective goals you can actually reach, and to stick to the changes you really care about, regardless of life's ups and downs!
The program lets you choose from a packed schedule of inspiring workshops on everything from successful goal setting to stress reduction to food logging...plus recipe exchanges, healthy shopping trips, and fun social events with others making lifestyle changes. PLUS you can choose from any of our 80+ Fit+Fun Classes - mix and match workshops and classes that match your interests and needs, and adapt your selections to meet your busy schedule with a quick click using our handy app. Weekly pricing makes it affordable, and you can chose as few as one or as many as five classes or workshops a week.

For $20, you can try 2 weeks of unlimited Fit+Fun classes if you are a local First Timer. We want you to come and try as many and as much suits you to see which classes are a match for you.

You can purchase this First-Timer Special here - it takes just 2 minutes to create your profile and click in to your first class on our online schedule. Even easier, you can use our App, MindBody Connect, to sign in and out of classes on your phone with a single touch!
Don't forget!! If you become a Member before your 2 weeks are up, we roll $20 of your original purchase into your first month's Membership fee. Fit+Fun classes are 8.75 and less for Members! (See below.)
Childcare is available through most of the day and evening when there are classes. First timers can take advantage of our 2 weeks unlimited for $20 child care pass, and affordable passes are available with membership packages. We are a homey, welcoming center for fitness of body, mind and community. We are in an old house, and have lots of fun and creative fitness classes for all ages and levels of experience, plus inspiring and informative programs for fitness of mind and spirit.
We welcome experienced fitness enthusiasts who are looking for something new, as well as for those who are completely new to exercise who might not feel comfortable going to a traditional gym. We want to take away some of the obstacles that keep us stuck in old or unhealthy patterns. We want to inspire and make it easier for people to move, breathe, sweat and feel better in their bodies without feeling self-conscious, anxious, or held back by their injuries or limitations.
We focus on what we call “Whole Person Fitness” and we like orchestrating “Whole Family Fun!” We like to create opportunities for our community members of all ages to "Play," to feel good moving and using our bodies while growing our minds. Our classes are fun, safe, and challenging. We like to help you listen to and understand your body, instead of hating it, ignoring it, or beating it up with crazy workouts that it might not be ready for. We focus on developing fitness safely and sustainably, and we rely on minimal tools like great music, simple equipment, and your own bodyweight to create just the right amount of challenge for you. Our positive spirit and community vibe helps keep you coming back. We are an incubator for dreams and goals of the many community members who come through our doors, and we watch those seeds of potential grow together as a community.
We have classes in a variety of lengths and formats running in each of our 4 classrooms much of the time. Our classes are tailored to different interests, levels of experience and abilities. Some classes are on-going drop-ins that require nothing more than showing up, some are special workshops or introductory classes, and some are in-depth series that really break things down for you. We have….
• Plenty of Yoga: Beginner and Introductory Yoga, Hot, Gentle Restorative, Teen and Kid Yoga, plus Intermediate Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, and In-Depth special programs for more experienced practitioners
• Aerial Circus Arts: including hammock silks, straight silks, and vertical pole
• Choreographed Workout Classes: plus hard core circuit-style, CrossFit-style, and TRX-style conditioning classes
• Dance: Barre, Urban Line Dance, Bellydance and World Dance Fusion, plus lots of "Fun Fridays" where we dabble in other fun dance
• A Core Strength Program: Ab-Rehab (Therapeutic), Pilates, and Hard Core Workouts
• Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise Track in partnership with BirthSource GA
• “Grown Up & Me” Yoga for all ages, from newborn to toddlers, plus Family Workouts and Family Dance Fitness
Special events and workshops focusing on health, nutrition, goal-setting, body-image, and stress reduction.
We are two doors to the right of The Columbus Museum, in Midtown Columbus. You can find us by driving from the highway (185) toward Downtown on Macon Road. Pass the Aflac Building and then cross Buena Vista Road, and we are the fourth house on the right, at The Ressmeyer Wellness Center, 1329 Wynnton Road. If you pass the Columbus Museum you went too far! There is parking around our our building, as well as around the brick building to the right of us. Enter the front door of our big old yellow and white house, walk through the front sitting room, and come up the stairs in the main hallway of the house. Many people come to us for our regular Fit+Fun Classes, but we also have special programs, workshops, events, and private services that are priced separately.
In terms of Fit+Fun classes, we have a variety of pricing options to fit your budget and schedule. If you know you'd like to be with us or a few months, a Membership is by far the cheapest option - Fit+Fun classes start at $8.75 for 8 a month, and get cheaper the more you take per month. If you REALLY want to make your dollar go far, you can find a friend enroll in a Buddy Membership with you, or pay for your membership up front – or both! If you won't be with us for long, you can purchase a 1-week Unlimited Pass ($60) or a 1-month Unlimited Pass ($199).
If you just want to drop in now and again, you can purchase Fit+Fun Classes a-la-carte, (classes range in price from $10-$20), or in pack that can be used within 3 months ($12 each).

We have Fit+Fun classes from 8:30 am to 9:00pm - check our schedule above. If you are going to stop by or call plan to hit us up 9:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Saturday, or between 4:30pm - 8:00pm Sunday - Friday.
Childcare is available at 9am, when there are classes. Just call to set up your orientation and we will show you how to register.
