We have classes for beginners, seasoned athletes and everyone in between! No cliques. No judgments. Just joy in movement. We have 55 distinct classes with 70 class times per week, 7 days a week, with a fantastic array to fit your mood or needs. Need to burn stress or calories with a sweatfest? Need to decompress and relax? A deep stretch? A sexy workout? We gotcha covered!

50% Yoga, the other 50% is a creative and fun mix of Aerial, Workout and Dance!

We have unparalleled expertise in safety, core, pre- and post-natal fitness, and injury prevention/recovery. All of our instructors are carefully picked and specially trained in back and core safety. You will never get conflicting messages about how to move safely!
