2019 MINDBODY BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE

HELLO, 2019! Start 2019 the right way by focusing on your body AND your mind!

Join our 8-week program of motivation, education & support, the MindBody Bootcamp helps you kick the year off building habits of health & wellness! It costs nothing to register.

During your 8 weeks, you can attend classes, participate in inspirational coaching workshops, partake in our LiveUP! Wellness seminars, and document or post your learnings and successes to accumulate POINTS.

Anyone can participate in the Challenge, but the most points can be accumulated by attending UP! Factory classes and programs. If you do not already have class credits, you can take advantage of our great New Year’s Specials here!

Requirements of participants are:

1. Participants must check in at our Main Desk roughly 1x/week to have their points recorded on our leader-board, on display there.

2. Anyone measuring weight loss, mobility gains, or core improvements must be assessed at the beginning and end of the program.

3. Have FUN!!
