Private Classes are a great way to try out our classes at a time that works for you, in a private setting, with complete focus on your interests and needs. Private classes are great for those with tight schedules, special needs that are not easily addressed in a larger group setting, or those who simply prefer private training.

Interested in a class for your spouse group, church group, unit or sports team?
We welcome small groups, 4 to 8 people, as well as larger groups (up to 25) on-site for privately scheduled group classes. On-site classes can be most often scheduled on Friday and Saturday evenings, early mornings, or most afternoons, depending upon room, equipment, and instructor availability. Medium and large group classes (12 to 35+) can be held at your location on a more flexible schedule, again, depending upon teacher availability and the parameters of your space.
