About 10 years ago I decided to try adding yoga to the rigorous cardio and weight classes that I loved so much at the time. Within weeks I discovered yoga offers more physical and mental benefits than any other class or program I had ever done before. My body and mind never felt better. I was hooked! The transformative power of yoga has had a profound impact on my life-bringing more balance and harmony to mind, body, and spirit. In this hectic world we live in, having a practice that allows you to breathe, quiet the mind, and focus inward is incredibly important. My intention in teaching yoga is to share with others the life changing benefits of the practice I have received, both on and off the mat. I believe that EVERYONE can benefit from a consistent yoga practice. I completed my 200-hr yoga alliance training with Caroline Czubaj and Ally Ford in Panama City, Florida April 2017. I am also a registered nurse, wife, and mother of two wonderful young men.
