Workout Classes

Cardio

Choose from HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and fighter- style workouts. Hate cardio but know you need it? We can teach you how to breathe so you don't feel like you're drowning.

Core

Not sure what it means to "activate your core?" Believe us - we will help you find it and let become the source of all your movements. We will help you find strength from the inside out.

Suspension

Take your workouts to the next level. Suspension training uses bodyweight and gravity to help you discover muscles you never knew existed. We use aerial silks and TRX (Total Resistance eXercise)-inspired movemenets!


Pilates

The Pilates method helps you learn to be in control of your body rather than at its mercy. Increase your mindfulness and integrate your core into all whole body movements.


Barre

Inspired by the conditioning of ballet, these tiny, controlled, repetitive movements will turn your legs (and core and arms!) into jelly! A workout you will feel for days.


Glutes

We are passionate about the importance of glutes in good posture, a strong core, a pain-free back ... and of course we love what it does for our self confidence. ;-)
